IDM requests requiring approvals will generate email notifications to the people designated as approvers for the associated role. If you receive such a notification, login to IDM at https://lc-idm.llnl.gov/ to see the list of tasks requiring your attention. 

In the Available Tasks area of your home page, click on any of the fields from the task to see the approval window:

This will bring up the approval window with details about the request:

Review the request and click the Approve or Deny button as appropriate. Once a request is finished with all its approvals, it will take up to 20 minutes for the changes to appear on OCF machines and up to 2 hours for SCF machines.
