Almost all LC compute platforms have policies around job limits and queue usage. In addition to viewing these policies on the web, users have been able to show them on the command line via the `news` tool.

To help users, LC has rolled out a new command-line alias to show the job limits policy for the current cluster:

joblimits

Users can also continue to use the existing tools:

news job.lim.MACHINENAME
