As mentioned in Technical Bulletin #606, LC Jira instances will be retired on February 13, 2027.

Teams requesting assistance with migrating content from LC Jira should submit the migration support interest form by December 7, 2026.The form can be found at the bottom of Technical Bulletin #606

Submissions after December 7, 2026 will be accommodated on a best-effort basis, as data migrations require manual intervention and advance planning.

For teams considering migrating projects to LivIT Jira, please note that LivIT Jira is accredited for UCNI and NNPI. Jira project owners are responsible for ensuring they have program-management approval and support before moving data. Additionally, LC usernames and groups are not available for access control in LivIT Jira, and users without active LivIT Jira accounts may encounter additional migration issues.
